Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA preferred
- At least 8 years in life sciences, including a preference in patient services, Hub design, and/or consulting experience in a management consulting company
- 2+ year experience managing projects focused on finding unique solutions to business problems, providing strategy, performance improvement or optimization recommendations to a client.
- Deep understanding of Hub services and key aspects such as payer coverage, benefit verification, prior authorizations, and co-pay programs
- Experience leading teams, formally managing individual performance and mentoring
- Contributed to development of new business pitch decks, presentations to clients, and creation of SOW’s
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
- United States Citizenship or valid VISA
