Job Description

• Lead one or several strategic projects for our clients, working directly with the client’s executive team, managing all aspects of the project & team, facilitating executive workshops and serving as the final quality gate for the project deliverables • Provide project management and successful delivery of project through executive level communications and presentations • Coordinate the Nuvera team assigned to the project and provide individual mentoring and performance reviews associated with their performance • Help identify, define, and lead the implementation of several Nuvera infrastructure efforts • Provide strategy and operational guidance for hub offerings • Support business development objectives including program design, story development, etc. • Understand and develop the requirements for program design inclusive of system, work instructions and process flows • Able to present to leadership to better understand project status, risks and needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA preferred
  • At least 8 years in life sciences, including a preference in patient services, Hub design, and/or consulting experience in a management consulting company
  • 2+ year experience managing projects focused on finding unique solutions to business problems, providing strategy, performance improvement or optimization recommendations to a client.
  • Deep understanding of Hub services and key aspects such as payer coverage, benefit verification, prior authorizations, and co-pay programs
  • Experience leading teams, formally managing individual performance and mentoring
  • Contributed to development of new business pitch decks, presentations to clients, and creation of SOW’s
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • United States Citizenship or valid VISA
