• Direct and manage a sales team for the East Coast region • Mentor and provide direct support through traveling • Spend at least 70% of time working in territories • Meet with customers and spend time in ORs • Help sales team meet goals in line with financial aspirations • Demonstrate primary commitment to patient safety and product quality • Direct, motivate, educate, and support sales team • Develop and maintain relationships with distributor management • Responsible for forecasting and meeting revenue goals • Travel with Territory Managers for sales calls • Coordinate with Marketing Managers on product issues • Oversee activities within the region to maintain expense control • Meet with key physicians to develop relationships
