Job Description

• Lead client relationships built on proactive guidance and year-round tax-saving strategies. • Analyze tax returns and financial data to spot opportunities before anyone else does. • Implement tax strategies on entity structure, compensation, retirement planning, and deductions. • Stay ahead of tax law changes and explain their impact to clients in plain language. • Partner with our accounting team to make sure clients have seamless, full-service support. • Help onboard new clients and make their first experience with us exceptional.

Job Requirements

EA or CPA REQUIRED – you must be licensed to represent clients.
At least 3 years in tax strategy or advisory (more than just prep).
Excellent communication—you’re comfortable on Zoom, in writing, and face-to-face.
Confidence delivering complex advice clearly and decisively.
Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple clients and timelines with ease.
Familiarity with tax planning software (like Corvee, Tax Planner Pro) or strong Excel skills.
