Role Description
The Proposals Analyst assists with all functions of Clinical Trials Proposal and Budget generation, providing support for all Clinical Trials Business Development staff.
- Review clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) materials upon receipt to determine pricing and Proposal strategy, in conjunction with Head, Global Proposals and Contracts.
- Assist the Head, Global Proposals and Contracts, in strategy pertaining to Proposal generation in order to optimize sales.
- Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy.
- Assist with all areas of Proposal and Budget development, including development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI).
- Assist in the strategy creation and execution for global pricing.
- Assist to ensure global consistency of global laboratory pricing.
- Assist to ensure clear communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory, as it pertains to pricing and proposals.
- Ensure all Proposal generation for timely delivery to clients; interact with clients and participate in defense meetings, as required.
Qualifications
- BA/BS, or 3-8 years equivalent work experience in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials required.
- 2 years’ experience in Business or Sales Support setting.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.
- Understanding of pricing and contractual documents desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Experience with industry leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn preferred.
Physical Requirements
S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Range
$63,000.00 - $78,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
