Job Description

• Own the full design lifecycle for mobile app initiatives, translating insights and ideas into thoughtfully crafted experiences from research and ideation through prototyping, end-to-end flows, design system components, and high-fidelity visual design. • Partner cross-functionally with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to define product vision and deliver mobile-first digital experiences across the retail ecosystem, including mobile apps and web platforms. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in design decisions. • Apply qualitative and quantitative insights—including user research, usability testing, and analytics—to inform, validate, and iterate on design solutions. • Contribute to and help evolve the mobile design system to ensure consistency, scalability, accessibility, and alignment across brands and platforms. • Socialize design concepts and deliverables with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with appropriate levels of fidelity and rationale. • Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring design is integrated throughout the product development process. • Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing and soliciting constructive feedback to raise the quality and consistency of design across the team. • Support design maturity across the organization by modeling strong design thinking, collaboration, and craft.
