The Senior Revenue Recovery Specialist researches and analyzes accounts to identify and recover underpayments, determining and executing the appropriate action needed for recovery, including communicating directly with payors and filing appeals. Duties also involve identifying root causes of payment issues, working with client teams, and fulfilling assigned reports and tasks.
