How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead the standardization of clinical workflows to eliminate operational friction and ensure our teams can focus entirely on patient care rather than redundant processes.
Create professional development pathways using evidence-based practice models to increase role clarity and foster a culture of clinical excellence.
Drive operational reliability by translating performance metrics into actionable best practices that accelerate "speed to value" across the entire enterprise.
Improve patient safety and clinical outcomes by embedding the "voice of the family" into our care standards, significantly reducing preventable adverse events.
Support a rigorous culture of regulatory readiness by aligning data-driven decision-making with risk mitigation strategies to ensure we are always survey-ready.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Master's degree in nursing required.
