How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the standardization of clinical workflows to eliminate operational friction and ensure our teams can focus entirely on patient care rather than redundant processes.

• Create professional development pathways using evidence-based practice models to increase role clarity and foster a culture of clinical excellence.

• Drive operational reliability by translating performance metrics into actionable best practices that accelerate "speed to value" across the entire enterprise.

• Improve patient safety and clinical outcomes by embedding the "voice of the family" into our care standards, significantly reducing preventable adverse events.

• Support a rigorous culture of regulatory readiness by aligning data-driven decision-making with risk mitigation strategies to ensure we are always survey-ready.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
  Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Master's degree in nursing required.
