Role Summary

We are seeking an expert AI Engineer with deep proficiency in Python and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with a talented, diverse team to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation in multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models.

• Propose, design and evaluate AI solutions leveraging sAWS services.

• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering on large datasets.

• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

• Apply best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and performance optimization

• Integrate models into scalable, production-ready systems and APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.

• Document model development processes and findings for future reference.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or ML engineering roles

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML solutions on AWS

• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain and PyTorch.

• Hands on knowledge of AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, BedRock, Amazon Q

• Experience with AWS services such as S3/Athena, Lake Formation, Glue, RedShift or EMR

• Hands on knowledge in various AWS services like ECS, EKS, Lambda, Event Bridge, S3, DynamoDB, System Manager, API Gateway, ACM, Route53, Cloud Watch

• Expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation.

• Experience with source code and software collaboration technologies (e.g. GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, Artifactory)

• Strong stakeholder‑facing communication.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (Bedrock, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG patterns)

• Knowledge of data engineering tools and pipelines

• Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

• Background in evaluation frameworks, experimentation, and ML observability.

• Professional level AWS certification.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $119800.00 - $179800.00/yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
