Job Description

• drive sales of Baxter capital equipment, ranging from $3M to $15M • provide expert knowledge and insights to support the successful adoption and implementation of Baxter's solutions • develop and implement sales structure and strategies • build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with clients • accountable for ownership in your sales territory • achieve and maintain a high level of sales performance • drive sales outcomes through effective negotiation and relationship-building • lead and participate in on-site customer deliveries

Job Requirements

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
