Job Description

We are looking for an organized and client-focused Booking & Scheduling Consultant to manage reservations, coordinate timelines, and ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and care. This fully remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys clear communication, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

This role plays an important part in creating seamless vacation experiences by keeping schedules aligned, confirmations secured, and clients informed every step of the way.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate bookings, reservations, and scheduling updates
  • Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide timely status updates
  • Monitor confirmations, deadlines, and changes to ensure accuracy
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and resolve minor issues
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support clients throughout their full vacation planning journey
