• Perform plant thermal-hydraulic stability analyses, plant noise analyses, PRNM stability interface, and other safety analyses with general expertise in two-phase thermal hydraulic analysis techniques. • Take responsibility for fuel project activities including reload analyses, Stability methods implementation, new fuel design and introduction, and safety analysis support for emergent fuel issues. • Perform in cross-disciplinary settings, engage with interfacing teams responsible for mechanical design, core design, licensing, systems design, or other affiliated organizations to find optimum customer solutions. • Effectively communicate and coordinate activities with internal and external project managers, technical personnel, and customers on technical issues. • Prepare, document and present technical data to internal/external customers. • Provide technical mentoring to support Stability Analysis staff development and knowledge management, including procedure development and adherence. • Develop/deliver training course offerings in support of external commercial requests, as well as for internal audiences for knowledge management, and knowledge capture and transfer. • Contribute to team process improvements to drive speed and simplification. • Ensure work is performed with high quality in accordance with regulatory rules and regulations, customer requirements, and business quality assurance standards.
