  • Facilitate communication across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with strategy and media teams to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions that enhance operational workflow.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proactively addressing issues or opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 7-9+ years of experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting fundamentals.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client and business needs.
  • A strategic approach with a focus on details and follow-through.
