• Project Managers are responsible for engaging with clients for the successful delivery of projects across a wide variety of product offerings. • The project manager has overall responsibility for the financial, quality and client satisfaction of each engagement. • Overall performance and delivery of defined scope(s) of work as indicated by customer satisfaction, quality of products and/or services provided, level of profitability attained, and other such measures as may be designated. • Serving as primary customer contact and managing overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work to ensure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conduct. • Providing functional and technical guidance to consulting staff and management. • Develops project schedules and documentation; defines and assigns work to consultants assigned to Project; monitors and controls work in progress for technical adequacy; and provides active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements. • Gathers requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. • Ensures timely Project Communication and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of project information – prepares project status reports and keeps management, business clients and others informed of project status and related issues.
