Job Requirements
- Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
- Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith and the NAE’s public policy document, “ For the Health of the Nation: An Evangelical Call to Civic Responsibility ”
- Regular attendance at an evangelical church
- Familiarity with and relationships in the evangelical community
- Minimum of four years of professional experience (ministry or otherwise)
- Baccalaureate degree required, Masters degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply theology to public matters
- Experience with the dynamics of discipleship or spiritual formation
- Ability to lead others to achieve project goals
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Willingness to work as part of a team and flexibility to adjust to needs of a growing organization
