Project Coordinator for BBBSA supporting program and impact initiatives

This role primarily contributes to the administration of care coordination, focusing on transitions and custodial prevention teams by providing non-clinical support to assess member needs. The assistant guides members and families toward appropriate resources to maintain optimal wellness states while performing varied administrative and operational assignments.

The Project Manager Associate will manage the end-to-end coordination of clinical trial projects, including specifications, timelines, and budgets, while serving as the primary client contact. This role involves fostering communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery of services according to quality standards.

Duties involve managing on-site field operations, providing assistance with project logistics, and handling administrative tasks related to project reports and documentation. The role also includes support for project proposals and performing UXO Qualified field work.
