Job Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial contracting, either in-house or at a law firm
- Healthcare industry experience, whether in digital health, health tech, health insurance, provider services, or a related field
- Familiarity with HIPAA, BAAs, and the regulatory dynamics of healthcare B2B transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a practical, business-oriented approach
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts independently while knowing when to escalate
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment where you'll wear multiple hats
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward getting deals done
