Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree.
- Greater than 8 years of Azure systems architecture design and implementation.
- Greater than 5 years of Microsoft Power Platform architecture design and implementation.
- Familiarity with AI tools, data connectors, and low-code/no-code configuration.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and information assurance techniques when working with cloud systems.
- Experience using and developing on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure.
- Microsoft certifications in M365, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure AI.
- Certification(s): Microsoft PL-900 Certification required prior to start date.

The Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing global e-commerce backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ATG, while also leading full-cycle implementation and performance tuning of e-commerce site development. Duties also include conducting software testing, enforcing coding standards, improving existing software, and migrating legacy applications to cloud-native solutions.
