Job Description

• Own the strategy, content and day-to-day execution for ElevenLabs’ Instagram and TikTok accounts. (and YouTube Shorts) • Develop and test content ideas that resonate with creators and creatives globally. • Write compelling scripts and copy, shaping narratives that feel native to each platform. • Work with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality static and video content. • Experiment with formats, trends, and growth tactics to continuously improve reach and engagement. • Build and nurture an engaged community through comments, DMs, and creator interactions. • Track performance, learn from data, and iterate quickly based on what works.

Job Requirements

You’ve scaled at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50k+ followers.
Are or have previously been a creator with above 10k followers.
Are passionate about audio AI and excited by the opportunity to make creative tools more accessible worldwide.
Are highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership from day one.
Care deeply about quality and consistently aim to exceed expectations.
Think analytically about growth, experimentation, and distribution, not just content creation.
Move quickly, learn fast, and adapt easily in a fast-changing environment.
Work autonomously, take initiative, and leave ego at the door.
