• Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with the client to understand the client's business priorities and bring assets and expertise aligned with the priorities. • Provides servant leadership to the project team. Promote empowerment of the team, ensuring each team member is fully engaged, making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-level quality. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog grooming meetings. • Work with our Director of Programs to facilitate project documentation and project deliverables. • Act as agile coach adapting teams to agile/scrum methodology using techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver large-scale initiatives, features, and stories in an iterative fashion • Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure the team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies. • Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to a successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods. • Establish and manage product roadmap. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Responsible for overall contract and project cost management. Ensure project remains in scope and within budget through active project budget tracking and burn-down tracking. Work closely with corporate operations and the customer to ensure total expenditures are tracked and costs are managed and communicated through proper change management.
