In this role, you'll work directly with clients to bring their getaway ideas to life—handling everything from initial inspiration to confirmed reservations. What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation preferences, goals, and budgets

• Design personalized trip plans tailored to each client's needs

• Research and compare options for accommodations, flights, and activities

• Coordinate and secure reservations using approved booking platforms

• Provide helpful recommendations to enhance each client's experience

• Communicate clearly through email, phone, and online messaging tools

• Manage itinerary updates, changes, and special requests efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and travel plans

• Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development
