What you'll be able to do:
Full Stack Developer - Contact Center Voice Channel - positions offered by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (DEARBORN, Michigan). Note, this is a purely telecommuting/work-from-home position whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the U.S. Develop the technical solution for functional requirements. Deliver valuable, working, tested, quality software released at market speed. Collaborate directly and continuously with the Agile team to deliver business requirements. Perform detailed technical discovery, identifying problem areas, technical and business requirements, and as-is and future state scenarios. Design and develop contact center voice channel applications that are hosted on agent desktops and the Google Cloud Portal. Understand the depth of user stories and provide accurate estimates.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Using Jenkins for Site Reliability Engineering workflows as well as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure that changes are incorporated into shipping software and deployed correctly. 2. Translating business design requirements into functional technical specifications. 3. Using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular J to implement scalable, stateful web services and client-side business logic. 4. Using Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) to implement layout styling of web applications. 3 years of experience with the following skill is required: 1. Using REST API and API Gateways to ensure that data and services are available internally and externally via the internet.
We are offering a salary of $138,486.00 - $184,135.20/yr.
