• Advise on customs compliance matters, including valuation, classification, and country of origin determinations for imported goods. • Review, draft, and negotiate documentation related to import/export compliance, low-value and express shipments, and trade regulations. • Counsel clients on regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in U.S. and cross-border trade operations. • Monitor and communicate relevant changes in customs and trade laws to internal business partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and legal, to ensure compliance with customs requirements. • Support the development and implementation of internal compliance policies, training, and governance frameworks.
