Job Description

• Own growth marketing analytics strategy across paid media, organic growth, lifecycle, and CRM — defining how success is measured and optimized. • Lead deep data exploration to identify growth opportunities, efficiency gains, and performance risks across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. • Translate complex performance data into executive-ready insights, connecting spend, user behavior, and value to business outcomes. • Define and evolve KPI frameworks, including CAC, CPI, LTV, ROI, payback, retention, and cohort performance. • Design and evaluate growth experiments (channel tests, creative tests, offer tests, lifecycle tests), ensuring clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and post-test insights. • Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance to inform budget allocation, channel scaling decisions, and forecasting based on performance and return. • Establish standards for attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement to help Fliff move beyond last-click thinking as the business scales. • Identify data gaps and measurement limitations and partner with data engineering, marketing ops, and external vendors to improve tracking and data quality. • Own executive growth reporting — dashboards, weekly performance views, and strategic deep dives that drive decision-making. • Build scalable reporting systems that balance rigor with usability, enabling self-service insights for growth stakeholders. • Serve as a strategic advisor to Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams, shaping how questions are framed and how insights are acted upon. • Mentor and influence analysts (directly or indirectly), setting best practices for analysis, storytelling, and analytical rigor.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics, with clear ownership of acquisition and lifecycle measurement.
  • Proven experience driving growth strategy through data, not just reporting outcomes.
  • Advanced SQL expertise and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., MixPanel).
  • Deep understanding of paid media performance, attribution models, cohort analysis, and LTV-based decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong executive communication skills — able to clearly influence decisions at the leadership level.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building analytical frameworks where none previously existed.
  • Experience in consumer tech, mobile apps, gaming, or high-growth digital businesses strongly preferred.
  • Experience in real money gaming and gambling is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity.
  • Unlimited/Flexible paid time off.
  • Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and generous parental leave.
  • Employee-sponsored 401(k).
  • $500 work-from-home stipend + Equipment & Accessories.
  • Work Remotely.
  • Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic, global setting.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and knowledge-driven workplace. An engaging and challenging role with the freedom to innovate and develop effective solutions.
