Job Description
• Own growth marketing analytics strategy across paid media, organic growth, lifecycle, and CRM — defining how success is measured and optimized.
• Lead deep data exploration to identify growth opportunities, efficiency gains, and performance risks across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Translate complex performance data into executive-ready insights, connecting spend, user behavior, and value to business outcomes.
• Define and evolve KPI frameworks, including CAC, CPI, LTV, ROI, payback, retention, and cohort performance.
• Design and evaluate growth experiments (channel tests, creative tests, offer tests, lifecycle tests), ensuring clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and post-test insights.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Finance to inform budget allocation, channel scaling decisions, and forecasting based on performance and return.
• Establish standards for attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement to help Fliff move beyond last-click thinking as the business scales.
• Identify data gaps and measurement limitations and partner with data engineering, marketing ops, and external vendors to improve tracking and data quality.
• Own executive growth reporting — dashboards, weekly performance views, and strategic deep dives that drive decision-making.
• Build scalable reporting systems that balance rigor with usability, enabling self-service insights for growth stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams, shaping how questions are framed and how insights are acted upon.
• Mentor and influence analysts (directly or indirectly), setting best practices for analysis, storytelling, and analytical rigor.
