Job Requirements
- Lead projects with complex internal and client use cases
- Perform data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide input to a reporting semantics model
- Deliver internal- and external-facing Tableau dashboards
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand analytic needs
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements
- Institute and enforce documentation standards for BI dashboards
- Drive consistency in metric names and calculations
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise regarding data relevant to RxVantage use cases
- Gain insights into business aspects of life sciences and healthcare providers
- Build scalable, performant BI solutions
- Define BI strategy for dashboards
- Work with a Data VP and Data Product Manager to create BI roadmaps
