• Oversees strategic client relationships and leads communication to clients regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, scope changes, and follow-ups • Navigates internally to triage client requests and drives resolution • Works with team to develop project plan, identify critical path, identify potential risks and associated mitigation plans • Provides oversight of portfolio-level data analytics and reporting dashboards regarding open projects, client information, equipment location, contract status, service history and cost • Generates client and department reports in a timely and efficient manner • Defines KPIs and oversees dashboard development to drive forecasting and performance insights to keep project moving and to meet deadlines • Assists with developing or participating in project management or cross-functional project or program objectives, budgeting, timelines, materials, personnel, and project requirements • Documents all project meetings including action items • Follows Pace policies and SOPs • Promotes cooperation and teamwork among staff
