Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored digital manufacturing solutions. • Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance. • Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for frontline operators. • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value. • Stay ahead of industry trends, continually refining and expanding our solutions.

Job Requirements

A BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a similar discipline.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, defense, or aerospace.
Proficiency in MES platforms, low-code development tools (TULIP, Ignition), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). (REQUIRED)
Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs.
Willingness and ability to travel more than 50-75% of the time, often spending significant time onsite with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
