Job Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in HR tech systems analysis, talent technology consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR (e.g., candidate matching, conversational AI, talent intelligence).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex tech ecosystems into clear business recommendations.
