• Design and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data models with a focus on user experience and consistency.
• Build and optimize semantic models to unify multiple dashboards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop robust data models and advanced DAX calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture and technical specifications.
• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of data sources, performance, and visualization logic.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, including RLS and access models.
• Optimize report performance, scalability, and usability.
• Provide guidance and best practices for Power BI adoption across teams.
• Perform platform upgrades and enhancements to maintain security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Databricks platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues.
