- Support clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
- Provide consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional client service
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration

- Individuals comfortable using Zoom and digital platforms
- Backgrounds in customer service, consulting, hospitality, or advisory roles (preferred, not required)
