Job Description

WWP Mission

Our mission is to enable women to know Christ personally through Scripture.

WWP Vision

Our vision for the future is that as more Catholic women and girls deepen their relationships with Jesus Christ, eternity-changing transformation will take place in their hearts—and, by extension—in their families, in their communities, and ultimately, in our world.

Role Overview

The Youth Program Expansion Coordinator is involved in the expansion of our BLAZE, Sisters of Strength and Young Adult product lines. She is an expert in these offerings and provides input to how the apostolate can position themselves in the market for growth based on their work in the field. The primary role is proactive outreach that results in increased visibility and sales for these product lines.

Please note that this is a Personal-Support Raising Position which means that it follows a personal support–based compensation model consistent with many Catholic missionary organizations. This team member will be responsible for raising the financial support necessary to sustain their salary and ministry expenses, with training and coaching provided to ensure success.

Core Responsibilities:

National Expansion

  • Investigate new target markets nationally and make recommendations to the marketing team for advertising and promotion.
  • Outreach to WWP participants with middle school/high school/young adult daughters to stimulate demand with current WWP customers.
  • Outreach to coordinators at parishes with WWP parish programs to increase awareness of our offerings.
  • Develop new tools and methods for outreach. (e.g. Referral Programs, potential collaborations, and partnerships)
  • Attend national events that promote these programs
  • Identify barriers to adoption and collaborate internally to develop solutions that increase conversion.

Local Expansion

  • Identify and target a list of school, parishes, and colleges for outreach
  • Make connections with local Archdiocese/Archdiocesan school office
  • Research and connect with local Homeschool networks
  • Innovate around outreach, implementation, and continuation
  • Represent the apostolate at local events, conferences, and gatherings to generate leads and build brand presence.

Administrative Duties

  • Keeps track of all activity and records through Salesforce
  • Provides weekly and monthly overviews of work
  • Works with marketing to create collateral that will effectively meet the needs of the audience they are targeting

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales for BLAZE, Sisters of Strength, and Young Adult offerings by meeting or exceeding quarterly growth targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective schools, parishes, and diocesan partners.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and follow‑up conversations that lead to program adoption
  • Convert leads generated through outreach and marketing campaigns into active programs
  • Track conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and sales metrics to inform strategy and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a Christian Ministry (preferably Catholic) capacity in environments such as schools, universities, home led groups, parishes etc.
  • Previous experience in sales or a role requiring expansion of a product
  • Proficiency in Google suite including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Skilled in the use of Salesforce or other CRM database.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about Catholic Ministry and WWP mission
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year (with advanced notice)

Core Competencies:

  • Hungry: Hungry team members are self-motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity.
  • Humble:  Humble team members are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually.
  • Smart:  Smart team members are interpersonally appropriate and aware. They have good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of their words and actions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
  • Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done.
