Role Description

INFUSE is looking for a highly organized and driven individual to join our amazing Team as an In-House Counsel with at least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney.

• Responsible for select legal matters and work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams.
• Provide legal support in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including:

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with experience in commercial contract review.
• Licensed in good standing in Florida.
• Experience as a litigator in Florida.
• Ability to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed.
• Prior in-house experience is an advantage.
