Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
• Clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
• Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up support
• Maintain accurate documentation using cloud-based systems
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
