Role Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support internal people operations, payroll management, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance support
  • Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Track employee performance and contribute to HR reporting and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws
  • Assist in building a high-performance, growth-oriented culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (essential)
  • Previous experience in education, EdTech, or consultancy environments (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee relations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage)
  • Familiarity with CRM/HR tools such as Go High Level (preferred but not required)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team
