Oversee infection surveillance and control, develop and implement policies, educate staff and patients on safety practices, and coordinate infection control activities with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This role provides leadership for a centralized human biospecimen program, overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure ethical acquisition, use, and distribution of biospecimens in compliance with regulations. The administrator also serves as the Institutional Stem Cell Research Oversight (ISCRO) Administrator, supporting ISCRO activities and managing committee operations, including the Biospecimen Transfer Committee (BTC).

This role serves as the key point of contact for clinical issues in the assigned territory, involving training and educating customers on Company products and attending implants to provide clinical support. The specialist will also be responsible for strategic planning to improve clinical outcomes and managing territory administrative tasks effectively.

The Clinical Specialist will provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives within their assigned territory. Key duties include supporting device implants, performing system checks, educating hospital personnel, and assisting sales teams with market dynamics and customer needs.
