Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, material science, chemical engineering or related field; MS or PhD preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in technical marketing / sales in surfactants, specialty chemicals or natural products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work and lead in a dynamic, scale-up focused team environment to meet aggressive deadlines
- Familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory requirements for various surfactant product applications
- Willing to travel 30% of the time pending future project requirements.
