• Conduct registration calls with medical practices to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate the platform. • Set up office accounts, manage their status, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach. • Present new features to both new and existing customers and activate those features in their account settings if they show interest. • Participate in special projects as assigned by management and collaborate with the Account Management team to optimize client engagement strategies. • Provide valuable feedback on practice performance, how we can improve our services, and insights into scaling our approach to manage multiple accounts effectively.
