Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working on large, complex datasets
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, experimental design, and quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), with additional capability in SQL and R
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, explainable, auditable insights for executive audiences
- Advanced Excel skills for business analysis and modeling
- Seasoned experience in business-requirements gathering, use-case definition, and process mapping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience
