What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from discovery through release
- Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation documentation
- Ensure quality and compliant copy for websites & patient communications
- Break down initiatives into actionable, well-scoped tickets
- Manage and groom the backlog to ensure engineering always has prioritized, ready-to-build work
- Hypothesize, configure and evaluate A/B tests for maximum customer value
- Identify gaps, friction points and operational inefficiencies within the product experience
- Optimize member & provider care journey workflows
- Partner with marketing and growth to support experimentation (A/B tests, landing pages, funnels)
- Monitor product performance metrics and proactively surface improvement opportunities
- Ensure features ship with proper analytics tracking for evaluation and iteration
- Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and engineering
- Clarify ambiguity and drive decisions quickly
- Balance competing priorities across multiple brands
- Participate in user interviews or feedback synthesis
- Help define roadmap and prioritization
- Bring industry insight when relevant
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in product management in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience in telehealth industry
- Strong track record of shipping features and improvements consistently
- Experience working directly with engineers in agile environments
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Comfort operating with dynamic process and high ownership
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Translates complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product plans
- Breaks ambiguous healthcare problems into structured, executable workstreams
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives across different products
- Outcomes are the heart of what you do
- Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive environments
- Experience working on consumer subscription products
- Exposure to growth experimentation or conversion optimization

- The target base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other business considerations.
