Job Description
• Design, develop, test and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems
• Facilitate seamless data exchange across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student
• Support both inbound and outbound interfaces, ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot integration issues and produce high-quality documentation while supporting system upgrades and go-lives
Job Requirements
- The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of related experience
- Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses as needed
- Significant experience building integrations and reports (preferred)
- Experience with change management related to ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments (preferred)
- Scripting and/or programming experience (preferred)
