Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial technology
- Experience in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Experience in mattress, furniture, textiles, or consumer goods manufacturing is a plus
