Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Amazon marketing, eCommerce, or growth strategy—ideally in a fast-paced, CPG or health/wellness environment.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and share through Amazon advertising, optimization, and cross-channel growth strategies.
- Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, ad platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Helium10, Pacvue, Jungle Scout).
- Deep understanding of DTC and marketplace dynamics; experience in omnichannel brand or retail launches is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills—you can translate numbers into narratives and action plans.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passionate about health & wellness and building a brand that makes an impact.
