Job Description

• Perform a broad range of analyses, including quantitative analysis of bank and customer data • Responsible for retrieving data and efficiently performing moderate to complex HMDA and CRA analysis • Develop and maintain various management reports • Design and maintain key compliance management dashboards • Perform comparative file reviews • Evaluate exception reporting to assess risk and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • 1 to 3 years related experience and secondary education preferred
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents
  • Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively
  • Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy
  • Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, fair lending compliance software, Word, Excel
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
