Job Description
• Are you interested in being part of an innovative team that supports Westinghouse’s mission to provide clean energy solutions?
• As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will defend and expand America's ES market share for engineering products/services associated with Plant Engineering Balance of Plant Equipment.
• You will meet operating plant customer needs with differentiated offerings through understanding of customer-specific needs and subsequent solution selection, technical content of proposal, costing & pricing, responsiveness and quality of bid.
• You will have a deep knowledge of the product/technology area necessary to support customer technical consultative selling/interactions/negotiations as well as engage on emergent customer issues, and support resolution of challenges during execution of ongoing projects.
• Requires collaboration with Global Markets, America's Sales, GOS (Engineering and Supply Chain) to close on opportunities; collaborates with Global Product Management to set product strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years relevant experience in product management, product engineering, product resource management, business or operation with increasing progression and complexity and levels.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant design, balance of plant, market and customers
