- Ongoing Client Care: Perform monthly psychiatric follow-ups for clients in the IOP and weekly support for clients in the PHP.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of therapists, nurses, and program directors, to ensure alignment on treatment goals and deliver comprehensive care
Hours & Schedule:
General hours are Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling for up to 20-25 hours per week, accommodating additional needs of the caseload as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed Psychiatrist in the state of California and Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

- Familiarity with evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Position Benefits Include:
- Competitive compensation: Salary range of $215,000 - $225,000 annually, pro-rated based on hours worked.
