• Customize the RainFocus Salesforce platform through custom code, declarative configuration, and administration • Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities • Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced operations environment, driving issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution and implementation • Work closely with stakeholders and management to document, implement, and optimize system requirements and assist in the vendor evaluation process • Automate testing, environment maintenance, and release management • Optimize systems and processes to achieve repeatable, high-quality deployments • Serve as subject matter expert in driving the industry best practices for the CRM ecosystem and associated integrated tools, including DevOps and integration • Work iteratively with a small Agile team
