• Lead and support tool migrations, upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal or no downtime and data integrity during maintenance windows. Conduct regular health checks and maintenance tasks to keep the platform running smoothly. • Stay current with Atlassian product updates, ecosystem changes, and industry best practices. Evaluate, install, and configure Jira plugins, Confluence macros, and integrations to extend the platform's capabilities and integrate with other tools in the technology stack. Perform Jira frond-end administrative tasks as needed. • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies. • Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Jira and Confluence. Document backup and recovery processes and train relevant staff members. • Investigate, troubleshoot and fix issues related to Atlassian tools and database servers. • Monitor system performance and usage, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.
