Job Description:
- 40 Hours, Monday - Friday. This position will be remote following a orientation and training period in Woburn, MA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manages and scans all medical record data pertaining to the patient into the EPIC chart.
- Prepare files for offsite storage as needed.
- Complete the ADR process for organizing and copying for QA review and submission of documentation to the State.
- Maintains and tracks all medical record queues.
- Organizes and handles all medical records request from various sources. Responsible for maintaining all incoming Right Fax documents ensuring they are delegated to the correct location.
- Follow up of all outstanding orders by contacting the MD offices.
- Payroll data entry
- Additional payroll duties as needed

- Demonstrate a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.
- Participate in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.
- Participate in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.
- Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate preferred
- Experience in medical office administration preferred.
- Home care experience a plus.
Pay Range:
$19.00 - $28.23The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
