The Principal Subcontracts Administrator will provide strategic, cradle-to-grave subcontract leadership on complex programs, serving as a trusted advisor on strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance. This role involves leading subcontracting strategy development, independently negotiating complex terms and pricing, and ensuring full compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies.
This role serves as the primary interface between Raytheon Programs and suppliers, managing medium to high complexity procurements by developing sourcing and negotiation strategies for subcontracts and procurement activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARs, managing supplier relationships to align with business priorities, and leading procurement activities from proposal review through post-award management.
