Job Description

• Provide technical control and support for HCM systems • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Onboarding) business processes • Execute mass data changes through EIBs and support Workday releases • Run queries and analyze data to maintain data integrity • Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives • Participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities • Manage People Service Center support tickets and cases • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience required
1-3 years experience of strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM
Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development
Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required
Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required
Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.
Extensive knowledge in Workday, practices, techniques, and methods
