We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our SuccessFactors Talent Management and Talent Acquisition initiatives. This strategic role will own the technology roadmap, implementation, and ongoing optimization for these critical HR modules, ensuring they align with Acuity's business goals, support talent development across our global workforce, and integrate seamlessly with our broader HR ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors—particularly the Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding 2.0 modules—and will report directly to the Director of HR Technology. You will collaborate virtually with HR, Enterprise Technology, business leaders, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions that drive employee engagement, recruitment efficiency, and organizational performance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap for SuccessFactors Talent Management (performance, goals, succession, learning, career development) and Talent Acquisition (recruiting, candidate management, sourcing) modules, while incorporating Onboarding 2.0 integrations; prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and emerging HR tech trends.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead complex implementation, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment projects for these modules, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption across the enterprise.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely (via virtual meetings and collaboration tools) with HR Centers of Excellence, talent acquisition teams, IT, finance, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions; act as the subject matter expert on SuccessFactors capabilities and best practices.
- Optimization and Innovation: Continuously evaluate system performance, identify enhancement opportunities (including AI/ML features and third-party integrations), and drive process improvements to elevate talent lifecycle efficiency and user experience.
- Project and Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery using agile methodologies; serve as primary liaison with SAP SuccessFactors support, managing upgrades, patches, and vendor relationships.
- Metrics, Analytics, and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs for talent processes; leverage SuccessFactors analytics and external tools to provide actionable insights and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership.
- Change Management and Adoption: Develop training programs, communication plans, and support strategies to promote successful adoption and sustained use of the platforms.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure configurations align with global HR policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and internal controls.
